We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell California residents' personal information. To submit a request, contact us at sales@tcpmax.com with the subject line "CCPA Privacy Request."
We will respond to verified requests within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will not charge a fee for reasonable requests.
10 Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
